Your response has now put my device in a loop that says 'download the Fitbit mobile app' which I have done on my phone with no change on the device. Arghhhhh

Thanks for asking, Neal. Sorry to hear you’ve had some issues with the Inspire 3 not waking up when you need it to. Here’s how to completely reset the device and get it running smooth again:

1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
2. On your Fitbit device, open the Settings app, then Device Info, then Clear User Data.
