I think the Sense 2 has more functions.  I like it better than the  Versa 2.  I only changed because I lost the Versa 2 on a trip and have been pleased with the switch

1. Pay from your wrist: The Sense 2 includes contactless payments, which lets you make purchases and fast-track your way through certain transit systems right from your wrist.
2. Track skin temperature changes: The Sense 2 logs your skin temperature each night to show how it varies from your personal baseline
3. Respond to messages: Respond directly to text messages and app notifications with preset quick replies or by speaking your reply.
