Make sure that when you plug the camera in with the provided cable, that the pins are connecting with the pin grooves on the camera plug in. If done correctly, the cable will be flush with the camera, and you will see a dot with a white light right above the camera lense.

With all product there is a certain percentage of ones with defects. Return it. Mine work completely fine. Once you figure out the wall outlet and charger that it came with are working good… You’ll here an audible chime from the camera and a green light.
