We currently have 4 of the Nest Cameras in our home setup on one account but both my husband and I can view from our cell phones at any given time.

I think you can put one in every room of your house. There is no limits that I have seen. Also if you have multiple homes you can install and see it from your account as well. You can also give permission for others to see your cameras as well!

I have 6 cameras under one account. You can keep on adding cameras. 

With Google's capability, I don't think there is a maximum.
