“Someone mentioned that the NEST camera gets very hot. Is this true and can it cause a potential fire ?”

• The camera does get warm however i don't believe it will ever be dangerous. I have had mine up for a few years with no problems at all.

• The Nest Cam has a built in heat sync which can produce some warmth on the back of the Nest Cam when on and running 24/7, however it does not get hot enough to cause any potential danger when touched or to your home.
