“Can the motion/sound alert be turned off? I'd mostly want to use this to real time monitor my older family member and not be "alerted" on my iphone everytime she moves. Yet if we weren't around I'd like to be able to use with alerts to phone.”

• Yes you can turn on and off both the motion and sound alert function.

• Yes you can turn off all notifications. It’s great product that will only get better now that Google has bought them.
