• Yes, if you have a Chromecast, or other means of getting the image on to the tv.

• If your home Internet Connection is fast enough, then yes. I played around with it, I have gigabit internet, and it worked without any issues after I set the zoom to where I wanted. That said, do not expect to have any HD quality picture just because you have a SUHD TV and are using a 1080p camera. It will be watchable though.
