There are no motors. The camera is stationary. The camera does not move unless you manually position it. You can use the software to zoom in on any portion of the field of view screen.

You can zoom in and out the screen view is very wide

No pan tilt, but it has a wide 180 degree view which you can zoom in via the app.

It can not be redirected remotely. Only zoom and enhance within the original view. I have also Amcrest cameras that do allow you to turn, raise and lower the camera. Also good cameras, but I have come to use only the Nest cameras because they are always there. Sometimes the Amcrest just drops off. Also the reviewing previous timeframes is SO easy on the Nest, so if I want to see something that happened in the past, it is very easy to find.
