Let can be zoomed. You pinch the image and zoom up. Very good if your on 1080p. It will be pixelated just because it is digital and not using a lens for zoom. Waterproof housing.

Yes, that's my understanding. Similar performance but outdoorsy. Works well for me with zoom and refocusing even behind the window panes. Really good just the initial costing and yearly subscription that makes it a OK/good deal as opposed to horrendously expensive :)
