Unplug your wifi and replug or delete your door bell from your google account then reinstall.

I had this issue, but my doorbell was over 5 years old. There is a reset on it that I found when doing a google search. (You have to detach it from the wall and use a pin to put in the hole to reset). Mine stopped after a cold snap we had so it wouldn't come back when it warmed up. I had to replace it. If it went offline due to weather, wait till it warms up and see if it comes back before trying to reset.

not sure hoe to reset it. I ordered a gen 1 it works better in my opinion I took the gen 2 off and replaced it with the gen 1. You also can record loner on the gen 1
