“Will this Nest Hello withstand the rigors of an Arizona summer? My house is west facing, the doorbell will get at least 2 hours of direct sun in the evenings; not to mention the temperatures around 110ish all summer long. Thoughts?”

• On the spec page it says Max temp 110. If the temp is 110+ plus the sun directly on it is expect your device to run hotter than the supported temp rating. I believe you would have issues with the unit getting to hot or the feed not working.

• I am in AZ and luckily, my front door is covered and faces north. This is a very valid concern. I thought I read it can tolerate 170 degrees but I would definitely call or chat with Nest, tell them this situation, and have them advise you.
