“Can I just use this as a camera and hook to 24v power supply. No chime or door bell ? I don’t want to hook to chime. Will it work just as same ?”

• Don't see why not. You can even hook up the chime but turn it off in the app. The only requirement is the power supply. Check the Nest Website for wiring compatibility.

• Yes when a person or sound or motion will still alert you on the nest app. They don’t have to even ring the bell.
