Look into your internal chime box. You should be able to determine which is yours. It should indicate front, back, trans wired connections. You have to hire someone. I installed mine myself and I'm a female. I didn't hire an electrician because it was fairly easy.

Mechanically separating your doorbell from your neighbor’s and locating a spot to mount your Nest Hello may be an issue. It depends on how much space you have.
