“I live in a two family and both door bells are together how can I separate them to use the nest hello only on mine and if I bought one will some one be able to install it for me?”

Look into your internal chime box. You should be able to determine which is yours. It should indicate front, back, trans wired connections. You have to hire someone. I installed mine myself and I'm a female. I didn't hire an electrician because it was fairly easy.

Mechanically separating your doorbell from your neighbor’s and locating a spot to mount your Nest Hello may be an issue. It depends on how much space you have.
