• I have the same issue. You can get a quasi solution by turning on the electronic door bell in the app.

• The simple answer I would give you would be, review your settings in your app. That’s the first spot I would look. My sister turned off the ring feature in the app. She complained about this same issue. I asked her to review her settings and the bother to sister support calls ended!
