We bought a house - the doorbell was working but is not working now. The main wired box is inside our home. We would love to have this video doorbell. Will it work with our existing doorbell? Not sure what brand it is and will it come with a chime? null

We used Geek Squad to install our Nest bell and they were able to wire it to our original bell.

The Nest Hello requires an existing chime and doorbell wiring in the home. IF the current doorbell in the home is no longer working, it's possible that a new transformer is needed.
