“When trying to set up Nest, it asks you to choose the Network name which is printed on the back of the device; however, it is always buffering. You cannot enter the Network name. How do you get it to quit buffering and allow me to enter the Network name?”

• the network name is not the name that is on the back. It is your wifi network name. If you do not have a wifi network you cannot use this Nest smoke alarm.
