• The rebate would be through your utility company. I would recommend calling your local utility company in Cape Cod & ask them to send you the rebate form.

• Same here in MO, it had several other nest products listed. I went ahead and filled out the online form selected a nest product I was not familiar with and submitted the pic of the receipt and got my 25 rebate a few weeks later.
