“I have 2 thermostats, the downstairs controls the heat (It is off now) and upstairs controls the AC. I have an open floor concept downstairs, would the sensor have to be add it to both thermos? and does it know which to send data too if 1 thermo i soff?”

• You will set your sensors up to a specific thermostat. I believe they have to be within 50 feet of the thermostat.

• You would need a sensor for each in the same location, as you can only add it to one thermostat
