• Yes...but will control only one zone at a time. You can schedule switching between them.

• No, the system only works with one sensor (thermostat or extra sensor) in control. In the app, you set your temperature and tell it to work off which sensor (or thermostat). But unfortunately, it won't run the system based on a conjunction of multiple sensors.

• No, this is ONLY a temperature sensor and does not control anything. It reports a temperature back to the Nest thermostat. You need a thermostat for each zone.

• The Nest Temperature Sensor is only able to relay the ambient temperature of its location to the Nest Thermostat to control the Zone the Thermostat is connected to.
