Yes, you should be able to. It actually comes with a data transfer tool inside the box. Most of what you are talking about are probably connected to your Google account anyway (things like contacts usually are) so they should come over as soon as you log into your new phone.

What you might be thinking is a microSD card, but the Pixel 3a does not have a microSD slot. You can transfer files to the phone's internal storage, but just keep in mind that only 64 GB are available.
