• I visited to the store today the guy said 399 with gift card for next purchase but it that's the case than the website is misleading.

• No, the e-gift card will be created and sent out after your eligible product is fulfilled or picked up in-store.

• No, I don't think so. The e-gift certificate came via email once I picked up the phone from Best Buy.
