Pixel 4 xl** and yes it works with all major carriers and you could also purchase the unlocked version as it is universally unlocked and you could switch to any carrier you please (Major carriers or prepaid carriers). You could also use 2 carries at once (one with physical sim and one eSIM "downloaded sim").

Yes, its a unlocked device. Should work on all GSM carriers.
