You get pixel buds with preorder.

No SD card and so far only the pixel buds from Verizon. Not sure what other carriers are o offering

On the memory question, keep in mind All Pixel phones use far less system memory than most others so more will be available for the user's wants and needs. I would go with the higher memory if you plan to do more video. If mostly pictures 128gb should save you money and you'll be fine.

The phone does NOT have expandable memory. According to online information, the phone does support reversible wireless charging. Currently, Best buy looks like they are offering free pixel buds with purchase.
