I called many times to try to get my gift card for this order and no one was aware of the promotion or was able to send me the gift card. Its super frustrating and unacceptable. How were you all able to get the gift card sent to you?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar issue and talked to tech support. It's supposed to be a $100 gift card for every color/size option when you pre-order the pixel 7. I think they just forgot to add it for this specific color on the 128GB size option. I was told by support that the gift card will in fact be sent via email once the item has been delivered.
