• Yes. You can wear just one bud as preferred, and you can just leave the other bud at home in the case when not in use. • I presume this means that there is a receiver in each of the buds? I have a problem with my current Bluetooth headphones that they pair poorly with my watch when it's on my left arm because the Bluetooth receiver or antenna is on the right side.
