Posted .Hi RoshalR, thanks for giving us time to share a review about the Pixel Buds A-Series. We’re glad that you find it a good pair of headphones, and we’re sorry to learn you activate the touch buttons a lot unintentionally. If you find yourself not wanting to use the Google Pixel Buds’ touch controls for your earbuds, you can turn them off. When you turn off touch controls, the Pixel Buds won't respond to any touches or taps, but you can still get hands-free help from your Google Assistant and say ""Hey Google"". You can turn off touch controls from your phone or ask the Google Assistant.
From the phone:
- On a Pixel phone with Android 10+: Go to the phone’s Settings > Connected devices > Pixel Bud's settings.
- On other Android devices: Open the Google Pixel Buds app.
- Tap Touch controls.
- To turn off touch controls, tap the toggle button.
Through the Google Assistant:
- You can say ""Hey Google, turn off touch controls"".

Good for the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing about these earbuds will blow you away, but it does everything pretty well, within the confines of this price point. Only thing that bothers me is this weird feedback noise when playing something, it's somewhat ignorable but it could bother some people. Audio quality is fine, comfort is good, battery life is good.

Q: QuestionDo both headphones come equipped with a mic piece? For example, if I am in a call and my one connected headphone is running out of battery, can I swap headphones to allow the one with low battery to charge, while continuing phone calls with the second bud
Asked by Rissy.
- A:Answer You are correct, each earbud does come with built-in microphone capability. Coincidentally I also tend to charge one earbud while listening and speaking into with the other
Answered by Boii
Q: QuestionDo these have volume control?
Asked by Brian7.
- A:Answer No, they don't have a gesture-based control. But you can touch and hold the bud to activate the Google Assistant and tell it to increase/decrease/set volume to a particular level.
Answered by AKN7
Q: QuestionWhere are the Pixel buds made?
Asked by Svts.
- A:Answer The box states that it is made in Vietnam
Answered by Tekhira
Q: QuestionWhat's in the box
Asked by Ben.
- A:Answer Two ear buds, a charging case, a USB to USB-C cable, two small user's guides, and 3 different sizes of silicone tips.
Answered by DivingDancer
Q: QuestionCan you use either earbud independently of the other one? Or do you have to use both simultaneously?
Asked by CPJB33.
- A:Answer Yes. You can wear just one bud as preferred, and you can just leave the other bud at home in the case when not in use. Your Google Pixel Buds A-Series are paired to your phone via Bluetooth and will work even when the charging case isn’t by your side. Take a look at this link to see setup requirements and guide on hoe to setup: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/answer/7558528
Answered by Google Team
Q: QuestionDo the earbuds come with a microphone? If I enter a call with these on, will it use my phone's microphone or does it have some built in microphone?
Asked by wonderingiftheycomewithamic.
- A:Answer They have built-in microphones.
Answered by Terranz
Q: QuestionCan they pair to multiple devices
Asked by Ike.
- A:Answer They can be paired to multiple devices, yes. Personally mine are paired to both my personal and business cell phones, as well as my laptop. However, they are not "multi-session" capable, meaning they can only be *connected* to one device at a time. Some other products can be both paired with multiple devices, and connected to multiple devices simultaneously.
Answered by DivingDancer
Q: QuestionI assume the case comes with it. is there a cord to charge it? Is the case a wireless charging case?
Asked by Shawn.
- A:Answer No wireless charging. Charge the CASE, with the included cord. The ear buds are then recharged when inserted in the case. The case will charge the buds 3 to 5 times, before you have to recharge the case.
