Mine did yes. And I purchased it through Best Buy in store. The fitbit integration is awesome, as a side note. Apple watch's fitness app felt like an app where this Fitbit premium app feels like an experience.

Mine did come with 6 months of Fitbit Premium but I couldn't get the 3 months of YouTube as advertised even though I followed the directions to a 'T'. Google wanted to charge me for the service.
