Hi terrie, thanks for your interest. Unfortunately, the Clarity app for tracking blood sugar isn’t supported by the Pixel Watch. Not all developers have built Wear OS apps. You can check the Play Store on the watch for apps that are compatible with the Pixel Watch. You can press the side button next to the crown for additional apps and features on both LTE and Wi-Fi versions. When you browse or search for apps on your watch, all the apps you see will work on Pixel Watch.
