“I've had problems with Amazon about there replacement warranty not to long ago. Will this process repeat itself, only if it fails. And how long does the warranty lasts.”

Depends on the warranty bought at the time. Best buy offers 3 different plans. I pay for the plus yearly to have most of my items purchased covered fully. Usually its a replacement or they will try fix it
