• The Googlr TV Streamer can upscale the video format, however, your TV display is the best resolution that you will be able to see.

• Thanks for asking, MarvinR. The Google TV Streamer 4K won't be able to output Dolby Vision content if your TV doesn't support it. Though, you can still get high quality resolution from the device without Dolby Vision.
