It depends on how far your outhouse is from your house. but theoretically, you could have a unit plugged into your LAN near the modem, have a second unit in your house but as close to the outhouse as possible and then the third unit in the outhouse - sort of string them together and see how it works. see the picture.

With line of sight propagation though it might give you enough useable bandwidth to access the internet. If power line adaptors are an option, one can use a wired backhaul connectivity according to the info Google provides
