Not nessesarly it will evenly distribute WiFi throughout your house giving you better bandwidth on your device which can mean faster speeds.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It did for me. Depends on your current situation, but now my wifi is on par with speeds while connected to my router via ethernet cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have an older router it may increase your wifi, however it is limited by your internet connect and the devices you are using. This is a very complex question to answer without having more information. What devices will you be using on it? What type of internet connection do you have (ADSL, Cable, Fiber)? What kind of router are you using now. It could potentially speed up your wifi but there are many variables.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your internet signal from your ISP to your home is slow, nothing is going to speed that up. What Google Wi-Fi WILL do, and very well, is take what internet signal you have and distribute it throughout your home, eliminating "holes" where you couldn't use Wi-Fi before. I had several "holes" prior to installing the Google devices. I have a 1500 square foot home with a finished basement and two car attached garage. With three Google devices, there isn't anywhere in my home where I cannot access my Wi-Fi signal. And I might add that I utilize Wi-Fi calling from my smartphone. I hope this answers your question.
