Make sure the WiFi bands provided by this solution is also a band your device (HD Powerview) can work with. That's where I would start.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's probably connecting to the 5ghz band. I would see if Hunter Douglas has a way to program/make the blinds only connect to the 2.4ghz compatible band. Seems to be a common problem with this type of auto band switch wifi system(s)
