Absolutely. One Google WiFi unit is able to supply for up to 1300 sq ft. Assuming you have three, two upstairs and one in the basement, you will have more than enough coverage.

Router does cover 1500 sq ft, however you might have some difficulty getting a strong signal in the basement. My recommendation would be getting 2 wifi points, one for the main floor and one for the basement. That should cover 3000 sq ft, no wifi deadzones.
