Well it should not matter that someone else is near you and has the same service provider (Comcast in your case). Make sure your WifI is set up with a password, then have your roomba connect to your password protected Wifi. If you're password protected and have your roomba use only your password protected wifi, then you're 100% fine. And there should never be any impact from the business next door.
