I can't load software updates to camera for Max Lens because I can't get my phone or GoPro to link with my WiFi network. Is there another way to update the camera without using WiFi? Hard wire? null

If you have a computer, you can download the firmware and move the files onto your SD card. When you reinstall the SD card, the update will happen automatically. Look for the "manual update" instructions on the GoPro website for full instructions.
