• Yes they will. Only previous charging cables, batteries & housings no longer work with the GoPro 5.

• The 5 is waterproof and probably won't fit the waterproof case lol.But all the other accessories should fit

• Most do except for the waterproof housing, GoPro 5 is waterproof to a certain depth but if you want to go deeper you need to purchase a waterproof housing made for the GoPro 5.
