It really depends on the features you're looking for. The HERO6 Black is going to give you the latest features, including great stabilization, which should help your shots on the motorcycle look even better. The new HERO is also a great option if you aren't sure you need as many of the resolution and frame rate options. The Wrist Strap is sold separately, and it's a great mount. You might also want to take a look at the Helmet Mount.
