Yes, one end is usb-c male and the other is usb-c female and 3.5mm female, but beware, keep your box and all contents incl as you may need to return it several times before you get one that works properly. The plug is loose and causes various noises to be heard on recorded audio. Don't just take my word for it research this product thoroughly. *** For Gopro hero 5 black microphone adapter only, I haven't owned the older models***
