• Yes, it has several mounting options. I have it mounted to my motorcycle helmet. The adhesive has held up well at highway speeds. However I would recommend that you tether it in the event it comes lose.

• I guess you could with a strong double sided tape. You'll just need to have really good touch sensitivity in your hands to sense the buttons. Especially having big gloves on. I would put it on my wrist though, it comes with a wrist band.
