• Manual says products like Pam are not recommended. You can buy spray bottle and put some oil in it.

• It can be any spray. I suggest olive oil or canola oil. Olive oil is healthier but canola is more mild. Its good to have both in hand depwnding on what youre cooking. For example, if im cooking a meat protein, i use olive oil. If I am cooking eggs, I will use canola oil.
