A: I was told by Gourmia customer service that all their basket style air fryers are BPA, PTFE and PFOA free. They are coated in silicone. No Teflon.

A: Well, that is unfortunate.. teflon is considered fda safe, but it has been 100% confirmed that teflon is a toxic forever chemical.. Too bad marketing won’t allow people to state the plane truth.

A: I would suggest to fabricate the chicken. Meaning, cut it into its parts. Youtube how to "fabricate a chicken." Then when you have all of your parts, pat down with paper towels because you want the skin to be nice and dry so the Maillard Reaction can occur (browning of the skin and flavor development). Then season them and arrange them on the tray. Try to keep the parts in a single layer so the skin gets nice and crispy.
A: Manual says products like Pam are not recommended. You can buy spray bottle and put some oil in it.
