• No. Each strand is 16.4 ft long. The 100 ft comes with 6 strands, an extension and the power supply.

• No it is not included in the total length. There are 6 sections measuring approximately 15 feet each plus one extension of about 10 or 11 ft which can be used to jump from one section of your house to another.
