I would NOT get this for use on the PC.

If you look at the product title, it says that the card you are asking about is for PS4, so no that would be a code to redeem on the PS Network only. If you search for 'Shark Card PC" or "Shark Card Win 10", you should findthe GTA Online digital goods you are looking for.
