• Yes. One end plugs into the headphone jack in your iPod and the other end (exactly the same) plugs into the speaker.

• Yes. We use it to connect an older (no blutetooth) iPod to our portable speaker.

• sometimes bluetooth connection sound is not good enough, but cable can solve it
