“How well does it work and is it easy to set up? I have an old D-Link and it is very slow to move around and I can kind of hear them but can't talk to them. I need something much faster/easier to move the camera remotely.”

It's extremely simple and fast. If your WiFi can handle the additional device, it'll work great. Now about moving it remotely, that won't happen. It's a static device so just make sure you put it in a spot that has a wide range of view. Or buy the 360. If you can barely hear them test it out by having your TV or a Radio playing. If you still can't hear then I'd say it's defective. But try all solutions first. Hope this helps.
