• Technically, no. These camera are only usable with a smart phone. There is no desktop app whatsoever. No web app either. Also, the app you have to use doesn't really work well with the cameras.

• I'm running Windows 10 and couldn't find a way to use the camera with my laptop. The app for the camera is found in Itunes and the Google Play Store. There might be a work around but I'm not aware of one.
