Yes — Deluxe + State does support Schedule C, Schedule SE, Form 8606, and Form 8995. The only exception is Form 7206, which requires upgrading to Premium in order to prepare and file it. I also want to call out one timing detail for you: Form 8606 is not expected to be finalized by the IRS until January 30, 2026, so it will become available in the software once the IRS releases the final version.
