DOES THIS SOFTWARE PREPARE FORM 1041 AND CA 541? null

It does prepare the 1041. I have been using it 5 years for 1041 preparation. It allows 1 free state forms download. The state I am from the state trust form does download also. Additional states cost I think 29.95 each.
