H&R Block's tax software is truly top of its class. I have used other tax software and this tax software if a lot more user friendly. I love the simplicity and the flow of its interview feature.

I WANTED A CD DISK AND THE SELF EMPLOYMENT/RENTAL EDITION. IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE SO I PURCHASED THE PREMIUM & BUSINESS. I TRIED DOWN LOADINGIT ON MY COMPUTER. THE FIRST LOAD DIDN'T COMPLETE, I THOUGHT. SO I TRIED AGAIN AND IT LOADED BUT WOULD NOT RECOGNIZE LAST YEARS INFO FOR IMPORTING. AFTER ABOUT 14 HOURS ON THE PHONE I GAVE UP. BUT THEN I TRIED THE FIRST DOWNLOAD AND WAS ABLE TO IMPORT LAST YEARS INFO.

Always consistent to use in the preparation of taxes. Easy to follow instructions. Helpful hints.

We've used H&R Block tax software for years. Essentially it is like going to the H&R Block office locally but saving a lot of money. I believe the software is very similar to what the people at their office use. Simple to use. Just answer questions.

5 stars for the individual program. The business program is ok but lacks the ease of use features of the individual program.

I've been a turbotax user for awhile however I noticed that this program caught some deductions that TT missed.

Excellent software!! I received a very large return on my own and completed my taxes all by myself. Easy and simple to use!!

Had some difficulty installing it. Was using Chrome but wouldn't work. Called your help line and got a very patient tech person on the line to help us. Turned out, we had to use Edge instead of Chrome. Your rep walked us through the installation till it was complete. 5***** for the rep.
